Point earning and usage policy

• Points are earned or deducted according to the member activities in the table below.

• Earned points are mainly used and deducted as payment for membership subscriptions (upgrades) and extensions. You therefore need enough points before subscribing or extending. If you are short of points, see the section on buying points below.

Examples of earning points

• For existing members, introducing IntelliQuant to friends is the fastest way to earn many points. You earn +8,000 P when a friend you invited first subscribes to a PRO or higher membership.

• When posting about a strategy you developed, it is best to share the simulation results together with the source code so that other members can benefit. (New public post & results and source included +2,300 P)

• If you edit a post that already shared both results and source code to hide the source, the points earned for including the source are deducted. (-1,000 P)

• When you find a post you like in the community forum, leave a comment (+100 P) and a like. (The author receives +100 P)

• If your post receives many likes, you keep earning +100 P for each like.

Points top-up

• If you do not have enough points, you can buy points with a paid payment in addition to earning them through activities.

Refunds and cash conversion

• Points bought with a paid payment can be refunded under certain conditions, but not outside those conditions. (See the point purchase notice)
• Points are primarily a reward for members' contributions through service use, and cannot be converted to legal currency except for refunds of purchased points under the stated conditions.

Point purchase notice

1. Purchase amount

• The minimum payment is KRW 5,000, in increments of KRW 1,000.
• For payments of KRW 30,000 or more, bonus points may be added.

2. Withdrawal and cancellation (refunds)

• Purchased points can be refunded if requested within 7 days of payment. However, no refund is possible if any of the points have been used.
• After 7 days from payment, no refund is possible even if the points have not been used.

3. Deduction order

  Purchased points are deducted first; earned points are deducted only after purchased points are used up.
